What to do in Loctudy ?
- Stroll along the marina of Plaisance :
From the covered market, join the pretty marina and its few shops. Zodiac, sailboat, admire the different boats leaving the port to reach the Glénan.
If you stop at the last pontoon in the port, you will be able to see the pretty Île-Tudy (easy to reach thanks to the Tudy ferryman). Once in the ferryman, straight ahead of you stands the Tourelle des Perdrix, an old lighthouse located at the mouth of the Pont-l’Abbé River. - The Manor of Kerazan :
This typical building is a 16th and 18th century seigniorial residence, surrounded by a farmhouse and a vast English style park of 5 hectares. The Manor contains an important collection of Breton-inspired art, but also Quimper earthenware. - Beaches and coves :
From the fishing port to the tip of Beg Guen, discover the fine sandy beaches that border Loctudy: Langoz, Kervilzic, Ezer, Lodonnec, Pich Poud, Poulluen and Sables Blancs. Several paths have been laid out for you to walk around and appreciate the beauty of the sea and its rocky points.
Loctudy at 10 minutes from the campsite
Loctudy, the unmissable town of the Pays Bigouden, is located a few minutes from the Flower Camping La Grande Plage. In only 10 minutes, you can reach Loctudy from our camping by the sea.
Come and stroll in this pretty town to discover the fishing ports, the pleasure ports, enjoy the view on the Ile-Tudy before taking the boatman to join it, or admire the houses grandiose and atypical of the Pays Bigouden !
Here, come and stock up on fish, langoustines (the famous “Demoiselles de Loctudy”), morning and evening from 4:30 pm in one of the fish shops of the fishing port.
Fishing on foot, boat trips, sunbathing on the fine sandy beaches, you will be able to combine vacation idleness and visit.
From the marina to the beaches and creeks
As soon as you arrive on Loctudy, direction the port de plaisance to make a gourmet break, then take the boatman and disembark on l’Île-Tudy.
Lose yourself in the small streets of the city center and admire the old sailor’s pentys, the more modern houses, the incredible mansions that take you back to the 19th century.

On Tuesday morning, from 8:30 to 12:30, fill up with good products from the local producers at the market, in the new halls of Loctudy.
During the summer season, it is about 80 merchants (craftsmen and producers) who set up on the market to offer you good products.
The basket or the canvas bag in your hand, you can buy some delicacies: cold cuts, cheeses, seafood, fruits and vegetables, wines, pancakes, cider bread…
Let yourself be tempted, too, by some flowers or some clothes, shoes and jewelry.
